Training Enrollment Agreement (Signature Lash Training)

1. Parties. This agreement is between The Pink Fox Beauty Bar, 220-8 Perron Street, St. Albert, Alberta ("Pink Fox"), and the student named below ("Student"). Student confirms she is 16 years of age or older.

2. Program. Student enrolls in Signature Lash Training ($1,450). Class date: . The class runs Friday and Saturday, 1 to 6 pm each day, at 220-8 Perron Street, St. Albert, AB. The program includes 2 days of hands-on training, a live full-set demonstration, practice on Student's own live model, lash mapping, sponge drills, an at-home practice plan, fills and removals, a business and content guide, ebooks and a planner, a basic supply kit, a bonus online course and manual after class, and two certifications (Classic and Speed Volume).

3. Price and payment. Student agrees to pay the full price of $1,450 plus applicable tax. Student signs this agreement before she pays. She pays on the secure Stripe checkout page right after she signs, either (a) in full by card or (b) through Klarna at checkout, if Klarna approves her, as 4 interest-free payments about every 2 weeks or as monthly financing, which may include interest (Klarna shows the exact amounts and cost before she confirms, and its plan is a separate contract between Student and Klarna). Student's class date is saved once her payment goes through. If the price is not fully paid, Pink Fox may release the date to the next student. Every scheduled payment is owed even if Student later withdraws, misses class or does not complete the program.

4. Refunds. Tuition, deposits and course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once this agreement is signed and payment is made, except as stated in section 5 and section 6.

5. Rescheduling. Student may move her class date once, free, if she asks in writing at least 14 days before the class starts, to an open date within 12 months. Any other change, or a change with less than 14 days' notice, costs $150. If no date is available within 12 months, tuition is forfeited.

6. If Pink Fox cancels. If Pink Fox has to cancel or move a class, Pink Fox will offer Student the next available class date at no cost and will be reasonable in finding a solution that works for both sides.

7. Attendance and arrival. Student agrees to arrive on time and attend all scheduled hours (1 to 6 pm each day). The latest Student may arrive is 15 minutes after the start time. After that, Pink Fox may not let her join that day, and there is no refund, make-up or credit. A no-show forfeits tuition. Certification requires full attendance and full payment.

8. Conduct and safety. Student agrees to follow sanitation and safety instructions, respect other students, models and staff, and not attend under the influence. Pink Fox may remove a student for unsafe or disrespectful conduct without refund.

9. Health and models. Student confirms she has no condition that stops her from doing lash work. Student must bring her own live model for the live model portion. The model must be 16 or older and suitable for lash services, and Pink Fox may decline a model for safety reasons. The model must attend on the scheduled day. If the model does not attend, the live model practice cannot be made up at another time. Student is responsible for any services she performs on her own clients after training.

10. Risk and liability. Lash services and training carry risks, including allergic reaction, irritation and eye injury. Student and her model take part at their own risk. To the extent the law allows, Pink Fox is not responsible for reactions or injuries from services that Student or her model performs or receives, and Pink Fox's total responsibility to Student is limited to the tuition she paid. Nothing in this agreement limits responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.

11. What the program is. The training teaches lash technique and business foundations. Students who attend every class day, take part in the practice and use safe, sanitary technique receive their two certificates (Classic and Speed Volume) from Pink Fox. Pink Fox makes the final call on certification, and will always help Student get there. The certificates confirm completion of Pink Fox training only and are not a government licence. Student is responsible for checking local business, insurance and licensing rules where she works.

12. Materials and supply kit. Manuals, ebooks, planners, templates and videos are for Student's own personal or business use. Student agrees not to copy, share, resell or record them, not to record class sessions, and not to teach or sell courses using Pink Fox materials or methods without Pink Fox's written permission. The basic supply kit is non-refundable once ordered or shipped. All Pink Fox students receive 15% off lash supplies for life.

13. No income promise. Any income figures or examples shown, such as "$100 per hour", set prices or client counts, are illustrations. Results depend on Student's effort, skill, location and pricing. Pink Fox does not promise income, clients or results.

14. Payment disputes. Student agrees to contact Pink Fox first before disputing a charge with her bank or payment provider. Student agrees that this signed agreement is evidence of the terms she accepted, and Pink Fox may share it, along with attendance records, with her payment provider. Pink Fox may hold back certification and access to materials until a dispute is resolved.

15. Photos and video. Student agrees that Pink Fox may photograph and film Student, her work and her model during class, and use them in marketing on its website, social media and ads, without payment. This is part of enrolling and Student cannot opt out. Student will get her model's OK to be photographed.

16. Electronic signature. Student agrees that typing her name and clicking "I agree" is her legal signature. Student confirms she had the chance to read this whole agreement before signing, and Pink Fox will send her a copy of what she signed.

17. Privacy and terms. Student has read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy on hellothepinkfox.com and agrees to them.

18. Whole agreement and law. This is the whole agreement between Student and Pink Fox about the program. Changes must be in writing and agreed by both. If any part cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. This agreement is governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
